Since 1997, we've been breeders of fine huacaya alpacas, selected for their excellence in color and fiber characteristics. Our animals represent the best of Peruvian, Chilean, and Bolivian bloodlines, providing our customers great choices for putting together a starter herd or for selectively improving the quality of an existing herd.
Because we're a small farm, our animals receive much individual attention and are easy to work with and own. And because we know each one, we can help our customers better assess lineage, temperament, and production potential. We offer hands-on training, health and reproductive guarantees, customer discounts, and stud services, among other things. After-sale support is ongoing and we actively seek co-marketing opportunities for our customers.
Our goal is to make it easy for our customers to get started
and succeed with alpacas.
Greg and Kara are both actively involved in the alpaca industry and dedicated to its long-range health. Kara has served on the Board of Directors of both the Alpaca Fiber Cooperative of North America and of the Great Lakes
Alpaca Association. Kara was also the show superintendent for the 2004 Michigan Breeders' Show. In May 2004 and Greg took up that role for the 2004 Michigan International Alpacafest and served as Show Superintendent for 3 years.
